VitalCheck Complete by mybody®x is an at-home blood test that determines your nutrient status from a single blood sample. Eighteen values cover vitamins, your complete iron status, minerals, fat metabolism, and inflammation markers. Sample collection takes just a few minutes, and the analysis is performed by a specialized laboratory in Germany.
For iron, the test goes beyond ferritin and also measures iron and transferrin. That is the difference between a single number and the bigger picture: ferritin alone can be elevated during inflammation and mask a deficiency. Only all three values together can be meaningfully interpreted.
The test also includes vitamins D3 and B12, folic acid, the minerals calcium, magnesium, and phosphate, as well as selenium and zinc.
