After receiving your test kit, take your saliva sample according to the instructions. You should not eat or drink anything for at least 15 minutes beforehand.
2 I Activate test kit
Activate your test on the mybody® platform to track the status of your sample and your results later. Then send us your sample.
3 | Results received
25 working days after we receive your sample, you will receive your comprehensive evaluation with personalized recommendations for action via the mybody® platform.
4 | Order booklet
Now you can integrate your personal, easy-to-understand recommendations into your everyday life and thus achieve your individual goals.
