Take responsibility for your body
As part of their professional and athletic development, mybody® themselves tested many different approaches to training and nutrition management. The results were disappointing. None of the established testing methods could truly provide them with the information they were looking for. Through intensive discussions with many athletes, coaches, and experts in medicine and nutritional science, the innovative fields of genetics and epigenetics therefore increasingly became the focus of attention.
The facts they researched showed that the time was now ripe for the targeted use of knowledge about the functions of human DNA. The complete decoding of the human genome in 2003, the rapid advances in epigenetics, and other revolutionary events—for example, the awarding of the 2009 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for groundbreaking microbiological discoveries—provided valuable, scientifically sound insights for entirely new approaches to solutions.

Development of interfaces between specialist clinics and laboratories
In 2016, mybody® laid the foundation for a pioneering collaboration in the healthcare sector. By developing interfaces that efficiently connect specialist clinics and laboratories, it succeeded in improving the exchange of relevant health data.
This innovation helped optimize communication and processes between medical facilities and laboratories and supported more precise analysis.
2019
Implementation of the exposé for insurers and various sales companies
In 2019, mybody® expanded its reach by implementing presentations for leading insurance companies and distribution partners. This step marked significant progress in making tailored health solutions accessible not only to healthcare professionals but also to a broader audience.

Our at-home tests are easy to perform without medical assistance. You send your sample back to us under a pseudonym using a unique identification code. For maximum security, the saliva sample and DNA sequence are completely destroyed two months after the analysis is completed.
