How does a microbiome test work?
A microbiome test analyzes the composition of your gut flora , that is, the bacteria that live in your digestive system. With a simple test kit, you can collect a small stool sample and send it to the laboratory for analysis. There, state-of-the-art DNA sequencing technology is used to determine which types of bacteria are active in your gut and their relative proportions. The results show you how healthy your microbiome is and whether an imbalance (dysbiosis) is present. With the right microbiome analysis from mybody®, you also receive personalized recommendations on how to restore balance to your gut flora.
How can I get my microbiome tested?
If you'd like to have your microbiome tested , you can easily do so from home. You'll receive a test kit, take a small sample yourself, and send it to the lab. There, your bacterial profile will be analyzed – that is, which microorganisms are present in your gut, how diverse they are, and whether any potentially "unfavorable" bacteria are predominant. This microbiome analysis shows you whether your digestion, immune system, and energy levels are in balance. This allows you to take targeted steps to strengthen your health from within.
What exactly does the microbiome analysis show?
A microbiome analysis provides you with a comprehensive picture of your gut health. You'll learn how balanced your gut flora is, which bacterial strains are dominant, and whether an imbalance could lead to inflammation or digestive problems. You'll also receive insights into how diet, stress, and lifestyle influence your microbiome. With the mybody® gut flora analysis, you receive easy-to-understand reports and clear recommendations for action – for example, which foods and probiotics support your microbiome and how you can strengthen your gut flora in the long term.
Instructions for the gut flora microbiome test – it's that easy!
A microbiome test sounds complex, but it's actually quite easy to perform. With the instructions for the mybody® gut flora microbiome test, you'll receive a clearly structured test kit with everything you need. Step 1: Collect a small stool sample at home using the enclosed collection kit. Step 2: Package the sample in the enclosed tube and send it to the ISO-certified laboratory. Step 3: Receive your results digitally – presented in an easy-to-understand way with personalized recommendations. The analysis shows you the composition of your microbiome and whether your gut flora is balanced . With this knowledge, you can specifically address your diet, probiotic intake, or lifestyle changes. This way, you support your digestion, immune system, and overall well-being – in a scientifically sound manner.
Get your microbiome tested – the first step to a healthy gut
Your gut influences far more than just digestion – it plays a central role in your immune system, your skin, and your energy levels . If you'd like to have your microbiome tested , a simple self-test from mybody® can provide valuable insights. By analyzing your gut bacteria, you'll learn whether your gut flora is balanced or if certain bacterial strains are missing. An imbalance can manifest in symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, indigestion, or skin problems. The results provide you with clear, personalized recommendations on how to adjust your diet and specifically build up your microbiome. Regular microbiome tests help you measure your progress and stabilize your gut health in the long term – simply, precisely, and effectively.
Microbiome analysis – your internal health compass
A microbiome analysis is far more than just a gut test – it's a window into your inner health. Your gut flora consists of billions of microorganisms that influence digestion, metabolism, the immune system, and even mood. With the mybody® microbiome analysis , you'll learn whether your bacterial diversity is sufficient or whether an imbalance (dysbiosis) exists. You'll receive personalized nutritional recommendations and guidance on how to strengthen your microbiome with probiotics, fiber, and the right lifestyle. Many users report that targeted measures have noticeably improved their energy levels, skin condition, and digestion. A microbiome analysis is therefore the first step towards a healthy, high-performing body – from the inside out.
Understanding gut flora – why your microbiome is so important
Your gut is the center of your health – and the microbiome plays a key role. It consists of trillions of beneficial bacteria that process nutrients, produce vitamins, and train your immune system. If this balance is disrupted, it can have far-reaching consequences: from bloating and irritable bowel syndrome to skin problems or fatigue. A regular microbiome analysis shows you the state of your gut flora. With targeted measures – such as a high-fiber diet or high-quality probiotics – you can actively strengthen your gut health. This helps you regain the natural balance that sustainably improves your well-being.
