Test at home
We'll send you the appropriate test kit for saliva, blood, or stool samples directly to your home. You simply perform the test yourself and activate it online. Then, you send the sample to our lab in the provided return envelope. It's that easy.
Step 2
Results received
We will inform you via email about the status of your sample. Once the analysis is complete in the specialized laboratory, you can access your results online. There you will find your detailed test results and receive recommendations on how to improve your well-being and achieve your goals. Click here to access your user account and your results.

Maintain well-being
In your user account, you have access to all your analyses at any time. Additionally, the analysis reports contain personalized tips and helpful information to help you better understand your body. You can also contact our customer support free of charge at any time.
Please read these instructions carefully before you begin: To ensure your urine sample can be reliably analyzed in the laboratory, please note the following:
- Use the first stream of urine (not the midstream!) – ideally the first morning urine or after at least 2–3 hours since the last trip to the toilet.
- Wash hands and intimate area thoroughly with clean water (without soap) and dry everything well.
- Do not touch the inside of the Monovette or the urine aspirator to avoid contamination.
- Activate your sample as described in step 10. Without activation, your sample cannot be analyzed and will be disposed of by the laboratory.
- Send the sample on the day it is taken or at the latest on the next working day.

Step 1: Preparation
Wash hands thoroughly and dry them completely.
Cleanse intimate area:
Women: Spread labia, clean vulva with water, dry.
Men: Pull back the foreskin, clean the glans with water, dry.
- Open the email “ Important for your test result: Please activate your test ”, as you will need it later.
Step 2 – Performing the urine collection
- Urinate into a clean container (e.g., a clean glass). Collect only the first stream of urine (10–20 ml).
- Open the yellow cap of the Urine Monovette® and set it aside.
- Attach the enclosed plastic suction cup to the opening of the Monovette.
- Immerse the suction cup into the urine container and pull the plunger up to the mark (~2 ml).
- Hold the Monovette vertically and pull the piston rod down as far as it will go to empty the suction tip.
- Remove the suction tip and break off the plunger stem at the designated breaking point. Securely close the Monovette with the yellow cap.
Step 3 – Registration & Shipping
Open the email you received beforehand and click on "Activate test" in your test profile. Follow the subsequent steps and enter your information so that the order is sent to the laboratory.
- Place the sealed Monovette in the plastic bag with absorbent padding.
- Squeeze out any excess air from the bag and seal it carefully.
- Place the protective bag in the pre-addressed return box and seal it.
- Add your return address to the return label.
- Drop the box in a mailbox or hand it in at a post office on the same day.
- Once your sample has been analyzed in the laboratory, you will receive a notification and can view your result online.
