How to get a code, how to redeem it, and what applies.
How can I get a discount code for mybody®x?
You can get your 10 percent discount code directly on this page: Enter your email address in the field, and the code will be sent to you by email. It is valid for one order and for regularly priced items. Anyone who has ordered before can get 10 percent off every subsequent order through the CareClub, and membership is free. There are also limited-time promotions, such as during Black Week, which we announce in advance in the newsletter. As of August 2026.
How do I redeem a discount code at mybody®x?
Enter the code at checkout in the “Discount code or gift voucher” field and confirm it. The discount will then appear immediately in the summary, before you pay. Make sure no extra spaces are included when copying. If no discount appears, it is usually because an item in your cart is already on sale, as discount codes only apply to regularly priced items.
How long is a mybody®x discount code valid?
Our permanent discount codes do not have an expiration date, so they remain valid as long as they are active in the shop. Only promotional codes are time-limited, for example those for Black Week or a seasonal offer: they expire on the date specified in the respective promotion. A code sent to your email address is intended for one order and is used up afterward. As of August 2026; subject to change.
What is the difference between a voucher and a discount code?
A discount code deducts a percentage from the order value, whereas a gift voucher is credit purchased in advance. The gift voucher is available for 50, 100, or 150 euros, is delivered digitally, and can be redeemed for all tests and products in the shop. If the credit does not cover the entire order, you pay the difference. The discount code is free, but is subject to certain conditions. Both are entered in the same place during checkout. Can I combine multiple discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be redeemed per order. Our codes cannot be combined with one another or with other discounts, and they apply exclusively to regularly priced items. This restriction is also stated in Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions. A gift voucher does not count as a discount but as credit, so it can be used in addition to a discount code.
What should I do if my discount code doesn’t arrive by email?
First check your spam and promotions folders, as that’s where the email with the code most often ends up. If it still hasn’t arrived after 15 minutes, check your address for a typo and re-enter it if necessary. If neither helps, contact us at support@mybody-x.com or via WhatsApp at +49 152 0880 7921, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’ll reply within 24 hours and send you the code manually.
