The process
From the order to the result: five steps
The procedure is the same for every test. Only the sample differs.
Schritt 2: The kit comes home
Ships within 1 to 3 business days. The kit includes everything you need: the instructions, the sample collection materials, and the return bag for the laboratory.
Schritt 3: Collect sample, register kit
Saliva, a few drops of blood from your fingertip, or a stool sample, explained step by step. Duration: [minutes per sample type]. Then register your kit using the barcode in the customer portal so the laboratory can assign the sample to you.
Schritt 4: Return the probe
Put it in the return bag, take it to the post office, done. [Postage: prepaid or not?]
Schritt 5: Get result
Once your sample has been received, the laboratory needs 3 to 5 business days (blood), 5 to 10 (stool), or 15 to 25 (DNA), depending on the test. As soon as the report is released, you will receive an email and can download it as a PDF from the customer portal.

I’m completely convinced. I bought the Longevity Test and learned an incredible amount about myself and my body. Collecting the sample was easy, and the test results were very detailed. Virtually every food is rated and analyzed based on how well or poorly you tolerate it. I haven’t found anything comparable online on this scale. General practitioners usually don’t know much about the subject either. An absolute stroke of luck! I’ve really internalized the key points of the analysis and live by them! Better sleep, better digestion, I feel more energetic! What more could you ask for?

How long does it take to get the result?
Two separate timelines: Kit shipping takes 1 to 3 business days. After your sample arrives at the lab: blood 3 to 5, gut 5 to 10, DNA 15 to 25 business days.
Do I need to fast for the test?
That depends on the test and is stated in the instructions included in the kit.
What if the trial doesn’t work?
Write to us before you send the kit back.
Is the result a diagnosis?
No. An abnormal value does not automatically mean illness, and an unremarkable report does not replace an examination. The report is preparation for your conversation with your doctor, not a self-diagnosis.
What happens to my data?
Evaluation is carried out in a laboratory in Germany certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Your data is processed in accordance with ISO 27001 and the GDPR.
DNA analysis is intended for nutritional and lifestyle counseling. It is not a diagnostic procedure, does not predict diseases, and does not replace a medical examination or consultation. Genetic variants describe probabilities in population groups, not fixed outcomes for individuals.
