The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Shipping costs and delivery information

In addition to Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, we also deliver to all other European countries.

Orders placed by 2 p.m. are processed on the same day.

In addition to the stated product prices, we charge the delivery fees listed in the following table. The shipping costs will also be clearly shown to you on the order page during the ordering process.

Free shipping to Germany and Austria is free for orders with a minimum value of €49. For orders under €49 and deliveries to other countries, the following shipping costs apply:

Customs duties and taxes

Delivery times

Ordered goods are generally dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

During certain seasons and promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer.
