The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Shipping costs and delivery information

We deliver to Switzerland, Austria and Germany, as well as to all other European countries.

Orders placed before 2 PM will be processed on the same day.

In addition to the stated product prices, we charge the prices listed in the table below for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again on the order page during the ordering process.

Free shipping to Germany Shipping to Austria is free for orders over €49. For orders under €49 and for deliveries to other countries, the following shipping costs apply:

Customs duties and taxes

Delivery times

Ordered goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

During certain seasons and during discount promotions, longer delivery times may occur.
