About the mybody® Team
Our depth of expertise comes from combining multiple disciplines. In nutrigenetics, we evaluate more than 700,000 genetic markers (SNPs) and translate them into specific recommendations for metabolism, nutrient requirements, and lifestyle. In gut science, we analyze and interpret the microbiome as a key factor in digestion, the immune system, and well-being. In blood test interpretation, we place nutrient and hormone levels from the capillary blood test in an understandable overall context. We bring all of this together on a health platform that combines different types of analyses.
What matters to us is professional expertise rather than unsubstantiated claims: Our tests and content are developed in close collaboration with scientists and professionals from medicine, sports, and nutrition. The laboratory analyses are performed in an ISO-certified laboratory in Germany. This ensures that everything you read from us is based on verified professional expertise.

We make health claims only when supported by professional expertise—we provide guidance and recommendations, but no diagnoses or promises of a cure.
How our editorial team works
Every article follows the same principle: We rely on the results of ISO-certified laboratory analyses and on professional exchange with scientists and nutrition experts. Content is updated when the underlying professional evidence changes. Where information cannot be substantiated, we leave it out—transparency matters more to us than a powerful statement.
